This pack contains 800ml of screen emulsion and 121/2ml of screen emulsion sensitizer. It is suitable for all mesh fabrics, and for use with both water based and spirit based inks. For best results prepare emulsion and screen in safelight conditions. Once the screen has been coated and dried, it can be exposed with the design held in place under a sheet of glass, with the stencil exposure unit (see page 319 for details of our exposure units). The unexposed emulsion is then rinsed away with a water spray, leaving the image on the screen. Artwork should be produced with an opaque material, such as black waterproof ink, opaque markers, self adhesive letters, black sugar paper, black wax crayons on transparent film or acetate sheets (See below).
