Deck Level Pool Starting Block.
Deck Level Starting Blocks are supplied complete with fittings. Stainless steel framework with backstroke bar and fixings for turning boards otherwise as per the standard starting blocks.
Deck level starting block for a Deck Level Pool and measures 600mm. Eg, Water on the same level so it’s simply 600mm from platform to water surface.

Guidance Notes for Starting Blocks.
A starting block should be between 500mm and 750mm from platform to water surface.
The ASA encourage it to be 500mm in the interests of safety.

Your swimming pool type will affects which starting block are used. Either Freeboard (or Skimmer) or Deck Level pool.

Free board (or Skimmer) Pool – The water is lower than the top of the pool wall and the surface water is drawn off into a box (skimmer) in the wall.
Deck Level Pool – The water is level with the surround and overflows into a grill poolside.
