This 1/2 life size model shows various pathologies of the colon and rectum. In the descending colon region, adhesion and cancer are well represented; other pathological conditions include inflamed appendix, intusseption, Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis and adenocarcinoma. The rectum exhibits an ulcerative form of rectal cancer.
